Mission Log 12/01/2016

Seth here with another update!

SO, since my last update; I have been working hard on a lot of thing and unfortunately the blog topics that I have in queue have been set to the wayside. And that’s been for many reasons, which I will explain, but I will dedicate time this weekend to blogging.

So most of the blogs that I have planned are mostly done, just they need a little more to them and some peer editing.

But as for what I have been up to, a lot,  this past week I was working on typing up script to my comic, prepping postcards to send out to potential clients, family gatherings, planning for what I need to or will be creating, some client work, job searching because I need an income until my freelance takes off, and crunching numbers; which is always a fun time.

So essentially I’m still trying to organize the chaos of my life and starting a freelance and pushing it faster than I thought has been stressful especially when my money supply is dwindling and I still need to do a lot of marketing and buy supplies. So you can say I’m good with financing and how to spend efficiently. And stress management.

As far as what I am planning for the next few weeks and navigating around the Christmas chaos. I do plan on making some Christmas, or festive stuff, on top of writing more script, designing a zine, and anything else that comes up.

So yeah.

That’s all I have to say.

If you have any question or comments; leave them down below or send me a message!

I’m Confident.

I’m confident that this website is 98% complete now. But I’m sure there is some minor mistakes or oddities that I have missed. And to me, I always feel like there is something that always needs to be done or fixed in some capacity, like the saying: “Nothing is ever complete, there are only deadlines.” Which I believe that is what my old professor, Ed Wong-Ligda, said once. Or it came out of a collaboration of sayings. So author unknown. but that statement is beyond true and its a rule to live by, otherwise I would still be working on some projects from 4 years ago.

..Okay, maybe not to that extreme, but you get it. And anyone in the, for lack of better words, creative world would agree with that statement more or less.

Anyway, This site is now fully active. I will work on a blog post for next week along with my inktober drawings, a wedding invite job, and much more. So if you care, stay posted by this webby; or follow me on twitter, and the instagram.

ASK ME QUESTIONS! I always like a productive distraction.

Life in Transition!!!

So world, this isn’t going to be my primary blogging spot, That is here at Snelson’s Mind (which is also in the works). This corner of the internet will be devoted to my freelance business and online portfolio. Which I am currently transitioning from Tumblr, so bare with me for a few weeks as I get all the images formatted, links made, update everything and go crazy because life is.

So expect this to look completely different in a few weeks!

As far as blogging on this URL, I will mainly focus in on my process, tutorials, product reviews, and anything else that has to do with my work as a professional.
